What?

General marketing management for Discovery in the Benelux. Acting as a local hub for this global media brand. With business KPI’s set on ratings and reach KPI’s we used hyper local campaigns to engage serveral fan based audiences. For Discovery we set up a fully supported digital- and social promotion strategy with the required KPI’s.

Projects

We have worked on setting up several digital strategies for content promotions. For these we have closed multiple barter deals and collaborations with brand partners. Overall we have created and executed serveral campaigns using a broad variety of media. Over the years we have seen the brand grow and worked on several brand development projects. Content we have worked on include franchise titels such as: Deadliest Catch, Wheeler Dealers, Fast ‘N Loud, How Do They Do It, Bear Grylls, Salvage Hunters and many others.

What?

Social media management for Shell Retail in the Benefrux. With business KPI’s set on fuels and non fuel sales. We have created and managed several onlines campaigns that ran on social, SEA and banner networks. Also, we set up several retargetting campaigns to push traffic and sales even more.

Projects

The several campaigns that we worked on are the Miles & Me loyalty campaign in conjunction with Air Miles, the Everyday Experts campaign, that pushes premium fuel: Shell V-Power. We have set up and Audience Management Protocol to ensure effective campaign management throughout the enterprise. Moreover, we have created the Always On strategy as well as the entire Social Content Calender for 2019. This is incluiding the concepting and creating of a social production planning. Lastly, we worked together with numerous agencies for Shell’s day-to-day social execution.

What?

Werfpop is the second largest free music festival in the Netherlands. With over 24.000 visitors every year, Werfpop is a big fish in the festival industry. Little Red Flame is closely involved with Werfpop and is responsible for all marketing and PR activities. With over 20 acts each year, the festival has high ambition in maintaining its high quality valuation by their visitors.

Projects

Because Werfpop has such an incredible brand story, Little Red Flame focusses on content marketing. Using the high traffic website, newsletter and social channels, we engage the dedicated fanbase and create a year rond campaign.

What?

Investigation Discovery is considered to be a high potential tv-channel in the Benelux. Little Red Flame handled the day to day marketing management, incluiding setting up content campaigns to push ratings. Moreover, we have created the digital- and social media strategy focussing on brand awareness. As this fairly new channel has a lot to win in viewers, we have exectued many content campaigns that were targeted at specific engagement audiences.

What?

As part of A+E Networks, History is growing market share in Benelux territories. Little Red Flame was part of growing this international brand in the Benelux region by closing distribution agreements as well as rolling out nation wide marketing campaigns. We have brought History to the big crowd with full distribution in the Netherlands and Belgium. Moreover, we have grown the brand and with it ratings and ad sales.

What?

We have worked on many projects, mainly focussing on closing distribution agreements and maximizing subscriber numbers for premium tv channel Film1. We have created serveral marketing campaigns during the years, in conjunction with the many distribution partners such as, Ziggo, KPN, Proximus, Telenet, Canal Digital, T-Mobile and Orange. These campaigns rolled out via numerous types of media, including: tv-advertising, radio, digital- and social media, outbound calls via call centers, PR and the earned and owned media of our distribution partners.

Projects

We have worked on setting up digital strategies for content promotions in order to grow subscriber numbers. This includes briefing creative agencies and media agencies, media buying, liaising with distribution partners and campaign execution. We where also involved in the brand strategy, that ensured a relevancy for the Film1 fanbase. Content we have worked on includes titels such as: Breaking Bad, the James Bond franchise, Pirates of the Caribbean, Once Upon A Time, and many others.

What?

By the end of 2015 Discovery Inc. took over Eurosport. Little Red Flame was involved in the transition, the localisation of the brand and the repositioning in the Benelux. A big part of this was the introducion of new sport rights to the programming. The MotoGP, the Ligue 1, Serie A and 4 cycles of the Olympic games were added and created new opportunities for growing market share.

 

 

Projects

As part of the Consumer Communications team, Little Red Flame was responsible for the serval campaigns during the year to push specific sport events. Events we worked on include: Roland Garros, Wimbledon, MotoGP, Serie A, Ligue 1, Tour de France and the Vuelta d’espagna.

What?

As premium Sport Channel, Ziggo Sport has an strong established position in The Netherlands. Before the launch of Ziggo Sport, the service was know as Sport1. Little Red Flame was involved in the several ATL campaigns to attract new subscribers to the channel. During our time here we worked on many new sport rights that were introduced, with Formula 1 to be the biggest one.

We worked on a great number of campaigns during the years, attacting numerous of subscribers. With big splash campaigns we offered a special discount deal. These splash campaigns ran through several types of media, including: Tv-advertising, radio, digital- and social media, PR, newsletters and earned media via distribution partners.
